6-Day National Level Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Algorithmic Thinking with Python”

We are pleased to invite faculty members and research scholars from your esteemed institution to participate in a 6-Day National Level Faculty Development Program (FDP) on: “Algorithmic Thinking with Python”
Date: 28th July – 2nd August 2025
Time: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
Mode: Online in Google Meet
This FDP is designed to enhance the pedagogical skills of faculty by deepening their understanding of algorithmic concepts and Python programming. The sessions will focus on modern problem-solving strategies, algorithm design paradigms, and hands-on programming, aligning with current academic and industry standards.
- To enhance participants’ ability to teach problem-solving strategies using structured and logical approaches.
- To provide a strong foundation in Python programming essentials, enabling faculty to effectively teach programming fundamentals.
- To develop a clear understanding of algorithms, pseudocode, and flowcharts to support algorithm development from concept to implementation.
- To promote recursive thinking and introduce Divide and Conquer techniques for solving complex problems modularly and efficiently.
- To explore diverse algorithm design paradigms such as Brute Force, Greedy Algorithms, and Dynamic Programming, empowering faculty to choose suitable approaches for different scenarios.
- To introduce randomized algorithms
